My product arrived today, but I have changed my mind on the colour – can I return it?Updated 2 months ago

If you change your mind, we will accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase provided the product/s are unused, unassembled and in resaleable condition. (some exclusions apply – please see our Returns page for further information). Please note that we reserve the right to deny a change of mind return/refund if the product/s are damaged or not in their original or resaleable condition.

For change of mind returns, a 2% restocking fee is deducted from the refund, calculated on the total order value (including shipping).

Please lodge a request to return your product/s here, and then send them back to us at:

(All returned goods for ‘Change of mind’ purchases are organised and shipped at a customer’s own expense)

Once we receive your returned product/s, our team will assess if they are in their original and resaleable condition. If these requirements are met, the refund for the full purchase price of the product/s less the 2% total order value restocking fee, will then be processed onto your original payment method. Please note depending on your bank, a refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. If there are any concerns regarding the condition of the returned product/s, one of our friendly customer service team will contact you to discuss further.

If you were wanting to exchange for another product, we recommend following the process above to return your current product/s for a refund, and simply placing a new order online for your required product/s.
